Products are handmade, so the delivery time is 10–14 business days from order confirmation. For custom orders, the period can be up to 21 days.
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to return the product in new, unaltered condition and in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer, and the refund is processed within 5 business days.
Clean them with a soft brush after each wear, apply leather moisturizing cream once a month, and store them in cloth bags at room temperature. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat sources.
Yes, we offer repairs for all pairs purchased from us, regardless of age. The cost depends on the complexity of the work and includes sole replacement, new stitching, or leather reconditioning.
We use calf leather and nubuck from Romanian tanneries, not synthetic materials. Each pair retains its shape and color for years.
In our workshop, each shoe is hand-stitched and finished by craftsmen with over 20 years of experience. There is no assembly line.
