Jackjonesbootmaker sells handmade men's footwear made from premium leather, crafted in our workshop in Romania. We offer finished products and custom order services, according to specifications agreed with each client.
All items presented on the site are accurately described in terms of materials, dimensions, and finishes. Photos and textures are for illustrative purposes; shades may vary slightly due to the natural character of the leather.
The client is obliged to provide accurate and complete data when placing the order, including precise foot measurements according to our size guide. Any measurement error may lead to subsequent adjustments borne by the client.
The workshop undertakes to deliver the products within the agreed timeframe, except in cases of force majeure. If an item can no longer be manufactured due to lack of materials, we will notify the client within a maximum of 5 working days and propose an alternative or a full refund.
Jackjonesbootmaker is not liable for damage caused by improper use, exposure to excessive moisture, aggressive chemicals, or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.
In the event of a confirmed non-conformity, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, excluding indirect damages or loss of income.
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to the email address info@jackjonesbootmaker.com, within 7 days of discovering the issue. We will respond within a maximum of 10 working days and establish the next steps.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with prior notice on the site at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
In case of serious breach of terms (e.g., fraud, providing false information), we may suspend or close the client's account without prior notice, without affecting the legal rights of the parties.
