I ordered a pair of black Derby loafers and, although the final product was exactly what I wanted, the configuration process was more complex than I expected. I needed a few email exchanges to establish the exact shade of black and the type of sole. The team was patient and explained each option to me, but I felt that some technical details, such as the difference between the rubber sole and the leather sole, were not clear enough on the website.

I chose the rubber sole for flexibility, but I later understood that the leather sole would have been more suitable for the office. It's not a major issue, but I would have appreciated a more detailed guide before ordering. The communication was prompt, and the delivery time was respected. Overall, I am satisfied with the result, but the configuration process could be simpler for customers who are not familiar with all the nuances.

Another aspect I noticed is that the customization options, although generous, are not easy to navigate. For example, choosing between different types of stitching or the heel height requires knowledge that I don't have. I would suggest adding more practical descriptions, perhaps even visual examples, to help customers decide more quickly. Otherwise, the quality of the shoes is excellent, and the leather is exactly as seen in the pictures.
